Thank you, all! I spent some time this morning going thru last year's tees to see what I had that was staying. I think I have the loosely fitted tee category covered. I really need something more fluid for this year. So...they all went back. I may try one in large to see how it does after washing.

Don't fix it if ain't broke! The tees' fit looks good to me - although I must say, I'm not fond of the white one, while I love the other two.

First off, I am a fan of Everlane. I don't love these tee shirts on you. The v seems way too deep (unless you like it that way, of course). They do seem to be tighter on you. Perhaps a large would be better?

Great news on your foot and shoes!

I buy these tees a lot and I always get a L but my usual size in blouses is a 10 from places like jcrew - I do not like anything tight and my shoulders are not narrow. I do also buy M tees from other places but sometimes I end up sizing up to L - sizing is so inconsistent.

I didn't find these shrinking but I never dry my tees for more than just a few minutes on Delicate/Low cycle just to get wrinkling out, then I hang to finish drying.

Well, thanks for sharing your three WIW's. It may be a formula, but it's a great one for you. I'm so glad you are getting back into real footwear.

I quite like the way the tees fit you - they look like they fit, yet have some fluidity around the tummy. It's the darn washing thing. I'd almost be tempted to wash one of them and see what happens - maybe one you'd be okay with wearing as an undershirt if it DOES shrink a bit.

It may only be three WIW's this month Carter....but they are all very appealing in colour, style and silhouette. I'm liking your style and it so suits your figure. It must be delightful to be back in action in the footwear department, as shoes always finish even the most simple of outfits IMO. The tees look just right from here....not sure about shrinkage though. What are they made of? Washing instructions?

yeah about the shoes!!!!
and i'm not good about taking WIW either, and then when i do, i find the same thing you did, i've either worn the same silhouette for days in a row, or the same color scheme….i like to think what i actually wear is a little more varied, lol.

anyway, i like the way the everlane tee's fit, that's how mine fits. unlike doubleh, i haven't noticed any shrinkage in mine.

Your WIWs look great! I have one everlane tee that fits me like this one fits you and I only use it as an undershirt. I don't like wear the sleeves land on my arms, the v is too deep (but I am short) and I mostly kept it because it was soft and cheap and was returning the raincoat I had ordered (this is two summers ago I think).

AM, so glad you like my most uber comfy sweater!

Laura, I just saw your post about Everlane. You are so right about the white being smaller than the others. Weird. Do the larges fit you the way these mediums fit me? I wonder if a post-washing large would give me a bit more room without looking sloppy. Frustrated.

I agree with AM, the colors in the outfits, particularly the two sweaters, are lovely on you.

I dunno about the Everlane stuff. The fit looks good as is, but they could shrink...I suspect, since I ordered the L and it fits me, and I'm much bigger than you, that if you sized up they would look oversized in a bad way on you.

FWIW, I tried both M and L in the tees and the vee on the L was no lower. On the other hand, I found the L to look very sloppy on me. The M fit me possibly tighter than it does you (and Angie said it was a great fit), although we are different shapes so it is hard to compare directly. I do like my classic tees to be fitted, but in any case I don't think this is the proper shape for a fluid tee.

And hooray for regular shoes! Nothing wrong with having a FFBO silhouette especially when it's as great as yours!
