Fashiontern, I decided I was a Spring in the old Colour Me Beautiful season system over 30 years ago and still think those colours are good on me. The grey hair changes things somewhat but not fully- skin is still warm. And I think an important factor is that the COLOURS Jenni is wearing are so right for her. When you wear the colours which harmonize with your personal colours, people will see YOU first, not just the colours.</p> <p>In addition, PATTERNS will look great if they harmonize with your features (and your personality). Some stylists know a lot about this, and I got some useful advice years ago. Much of it confirmed my natural feelings, for instance that I look best in patterns that are not too tight or busy, and best in patterns where the background takes up at least 50 %-- I need space in my patterns. This has to do with features of my face, hair, body--and also my personality, I think.</p> <p>These are some of the reasons why certain patterns and pattern mixing look better on some people than on others. I bought the top 2 months ago in this thread:&nbsp;<a rel="nofollow" href="https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/designer-garage-sale--picky-and-practical">https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....-practical</a> Wore it yesterday to work and straight to a work dinner/awards presentation. During the day I had the orange sandals on and changed in the evening to the yellow loafers. Wore the orange pansy earrings yesterday and today for just a morning's work have worn the yellow earrings and loafers. Also tried with the floral bomber that some of you felt would not go. Opinions? </p>
