I had to have the coat hemmed to my knee, though, and taken in at the shoulders. I REALLY wish more things came in petite sizes!</p> <p>Suz -- great idea about a booklet!</p> <p>Angie -- yes, a mop of loose curls (tight waves?) that are stuffed into the collar of the coat. On me, the collar actually comes up higher at the back than it probably should. It would probably work a little better if I had a longer neck, but oh well. I like the coat so much I put up with it. Their kaleidoscopic floral prints make my eyes water, although for those who love to deploy colour and pattern with wild abandon, I can see the appeal. However, this coat is an exception. It's right up my alley. It is always a hit; it has even inspired comments from random homeless guys on the street. It's black on black; the floral pattern is sort of velvety, while the background has a smoother finish. In the illustration, it looks kind of gray, but really it's black.</p> <p>Also, this is my first pair of fingerless gloves, and I've decided they are the best invention ever, at least for my relatively mild climate. Perfect for the winter days when it's cold enough that the steering wheel numbs your hands, and you don't have to yank them off to operate the iPhone. </p>
