It was boldly matched and I already had the pieces that I needed to recreate the look. Then, yesterday, the post at Already Pretty had a similar color pairing (pic #3). And someone asked about more ideas for wearing tights, beyond the normal black. So, with that, I finally pulled out the outfit and wore it today. What do you think? My only qualm is that the tights might be a little too pumpkin rather than mustard. But orange and blue go together, right?!?</p> <p>Outfit 2:<br /> Trying out my pumpkin cardigan with more tops in my closet. All my tops seem to be an awkward length with the cardi, but I think this goes okay. Which works bet? Tucked, untucked? Buttoned, unbuttoned, semi-buttoned? I eventually settled for tucked and semi-buttoned, but forgot to take a picture! </p> <p>Bonus, as a pattern mixing newbie, I felt pretty bold wearing my grey floral top with my plaid pants yesterday. Subtle, but lots of fun for me. </p>
