This is the medium and I'm 5'3". I'm usually a small or medium in Target's Merona or Mossimo line. The fabric is a substantial cotton with little or no give and I definitely needed the room in the shoulders. The fabric has a lot of body--the skirt is on the full side but belting it definitely helps rein it in.
