I guess taking the time to test those many pairs of pants and a few skirts with that peplum paid off. I have another seldom worn peplum I plan to wear tomorrow. So now that I have lost a tiny bit of weight it fits differently, maybe looser, than when I bought it. This led to a major try on session as I discovered the top needs a certain fit at the hips and thighs and ankles to look right. Who knew? Okay, probably everyone else but me. And then I remembered that this (and any other) open neckline makes me freeze so I had to pull out a scarf. I am counting the polka dots as palest gray because they are. Second photo shows the peplum’s texture. </p>
