And your cap is so cute on you!&nbsp; </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-terminator-t-x-aka-inspired-by-vix#post-1089646 Tue, 19 Nov 2013 00:13:28 +0000 Mary Beth (formerly LBD) 1089646@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>I really loved <a href="http://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-dark-but-not-particularly-dangerous-for-dog-walking-and-date-night" rel="nofollow">Vix's WIW last week</a>!&nbsp; It made me reeeeeally want to try waxed jeans.&nbsp; </p> <p>But the reality is:</p> <p>a.&nbsp; I have more clothes than I know what to do with already, and<br />b.&nbsp; I almost never wear jeans.</p> <p>But her outfit stayed in my mind, and I remembered these Victoria Beckham DvB jeans that I bought years ago.&nbsp; They have been on the chopping block for a long time now, but managed to elude being cut.&nbsp; I tried to sell them on eBay - no takers.&nbsp; I took them to the consignment shop, and the girl pointed to the two full circular racks of consigned premium jeans that nobody is buying.&nbsp; (What's up with that??) </p> <p>Anyway, I dug them out of the donations bag, and put them on today.&nbsp; I wore them with a wet-look top I bought at Armani Exchange last month, plus an old silver chain, and I had a lot of fun!&nbsp; I added a leather jacket/top over it, because the temperature is supposed to drop shortly, and my cadet cap that I pretty much wear everywhere.&nbsp; With my hair up (as I wore it this morning), I felt like the Terminator T-X (the female terminator) in Terminator 3</p> <p>If I keep these jeans, I am going to have them shortened only a little, because I like the slightly-too-long Nini Nguyen look.&nbsp; We'll see.&nbsp; This wouldn't be the first closet orphan I waxed rhapsodic about, only to shove it back in the orphanage after one final wear </p>
