I felt like putting zero effort into an outfit, but I have a lot of running around to do before leaving for Texas. Thankfully, this outfit required barely any thought but feels both comfortable and polished. And I get to debut the backpack!</p> <p>VC tube skirt, Ralph Lauren D&amp;S tee, Donald Pliner sandals, and Aimee Kestenberg backpack. </p> <p>The sandals are new -- a refresher of my metallic flat sandals, which take a beating in the summer. These are so comfortable I didn't even bother with a K/R post. The last pic shows the new ones next to my old ones, which I am definitely keeping because they still have some life in them and I like them a lot. But I find sometimes as sandals get older, they lose their comfort -- I wonder why that is. I wanted to get a replacement before I got to the point where I couldn't stand the old ones. </p> <p>I love how my toes match the backpack -- I may never change this nail color! ;-)</p> <p>Feedback always welcome. </p>
