For footwear I chose my bone/silver sandals and am using my cobalt/cream/black quilted handbag for a bit of colour and texture. Jewelry is a grey/silver enamel bangle and my silver wedding band.</p> <p>I'm watching The Bay website for when they mark down the VC tube skirt in black and white polka dots. I got this one for $29 and when the polka dot one goes down in price, I'm pouncing. I can wear these from early right to mid fall with boots and before tights are needed.</p> <p>What do you think? does the blazer and footwear choices dress up the tube skirt enough for work?
