You guys are too kind!

And Angie, if you say #5 looks okay, then I will keep it. It was my favorite dress for a long time, but when I put it on that day... I felt very bleah.

And Inge, that black blazer has so been getting a workout. LOL, I wore the brown one on the fifth day 'cuz I was afraid someone was going to say something. Haha. The black one is really comfy tho.

Speedy recovery to you too, Lisa! The trousers and jeans... I'm wondering if I'll able to wear them again. But they are painful!

Dresses are the perfect solution for your recovery. I've also been diving into my dresses daily lately. Sending you speedy recovery wishes!

I feel like I've been gone forever! Had some surgery a couple of weeks ago (hernia) and am getting back in the swing of things. Had my first week back at work.

It's a good thing I found YLF before having surgery. I would never have thought about a recovery wardrobe. I usually wear trousers or jeans, but the only pants I've been able to wear is a single pair of grey yoga pants.

Ok... so what I've been wearing to avoid irritating my stitches, which are on my lower torso, pretty much right where you bend to sit:

#1-2: no waist dresses - sweater dress from Old Navy over Target t-shirt dress, black Guess blazer; I wore this outfit to the hospital too

#3: Wrap dress

#4: Another wrap dress!

#5: Dress with back ties, empire waist

#6: Another empire waist dress with Forever 21 velvet-like blazer

I pretty much dug up every waistless knit dress I own!
