I think I could&nbsp;probably&nbsp;live in them for most of the summer.</p> <p>1. This is husband's abandoned button down. I love it. Crisp, non-wrinkly, breathable and cooling&nbsp;cotton, and then those&nbsp;stripes and white collar. Yes please.&nbsp;I've been waiting for summer to come up with ideas how to wear it&nbsp;and when Angie recently blogged about <a rel="nofollow" href="http://youlookfab.com/2013/05/23/the-draped-blouse">draped blouses</a> (and linked to<a rel="nofollow" href="http://pinterest.com/pin/18577417183307797"> t.h.i.s</a>) I had to try the idea. And was instantly sold, although it really highlights how short my toso is and I'm not sure that's very flattering. But, I was happy.&nbsp;Big thumbs up from Mr.O too. However, it required a few safety pins to keep things in place, but I have plans of working on this styling&nbsp;and making it less fiddly for wearing.</p> <p>2. Worn to run errands in town. It's hot, I'm cycling. This (?) diagonal sleeves top, made of double layered&nbsp;thin t-shirty fabric, is one of my favorites as it somehow crosses the line between the tee and the blouse, so I have it in black too. I like the forgiving and cleverly placed&nbsp;drapings. I've rolled up the old capri pants to what's better length to my eye, and out came the sandals bought at the end of last summer, because I only then found what I wanted, so I plan to enjoy them a lot this season.</p> <p>3. Same top as before, just in black,&nbsp;and my favorite-ever full linen skirt. Worn to visit the car museum near&nbsp;Audi factory at the south of Germany. The photo was taken by the car with quite an amazing story - this is what 50 years of Texas sun did (or did not do) to a car that was bought by the US soldier in 1956 when he was returning home from Germany. Abandoned, but somehow saved from the crushers, and returned in 2008.&nbsp;to the place where it was built many years ago,&nbsp;the car now stands as a testament to an amazing quality of German manufacturing.</p> <p>Bonus: a few close-ups of the car from my background, some vintage exponents,&nbsp;the Audi buildings interior and my own draughty MM moment on the site :-D. </p> <p>Thanks for looking,&nbsp;comments&nbsp;for improvements are always welcome.</p>
