I know it makes such a difference in my own mood.</p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-suited-and-unsuited#post-1224727 Wed, 16 Apr 2014 16:07:26 +0000 Diana 1224727@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>I have a business-dress event to attend tonight (a lawyer's banquet with J) and it is FREEZING today so I figured I'd break out my suit.&nbsp; I haven't had the opportunity to wear it as a suit yet, although I have worn both pieces individually.&nbsp; I am wearing my teal peplum top as a shell underneath.&nbsp; </p> <p>There are very few things I feel uncomfortable wearing to lab, but a full suit is one of them.&nbsp; So the "unsuited" version for lab has an asymmetrical blue cardigan instead of the suit jacket to make it less formal.&nbsp; </p> <p>Big Longchamp Planetes tote today, as I needed a bag big enough to carry the suit jacket around in without crushing it too badly.&nbsp; </p> <p>Bonus outtake in #4.&nbsp; I actually think the suit photographs better in motion, as all that black is hard to get a good picture of when standing still.</p> <p>By the way, I think this peplum top does that bust pulling thing Sarah was mentioning in a another thread.&nbsp; I don't have a particularly big bust, but my boobs are wideset so there is an empty space between them under the top.&nbsp; The material is a ponte knit, so a bit more substantial, and it doesn't want to settle into the gap, hence the pulling.&nbsp; It doesn't really bother me though; does it bother you?&nbsp; </p> <p>Banana republic suit, Halogen peplum top, Anthro cardigan, Everybody booties, Longchamp tote. </p>
