Day time or any time. I like the idea of daytime bling but don't wear it much. I find that I am most likely to wear bling in the daytime if it is a color. I wore out a chocolate brown top and cardi with a shiny brown thread and have had a burgundy cardi with metallic threads that I liked but gave up because it was itchy mohair. I wear daytime bling most October through December. It seems most acceptable then.
