With the other hand, pull forward the front of pants, suck in the tummy, and then un-arch back so that the hem falls a bit into the gap at the top of the pants. Let go of the top and shake gently to let everything fall back into palce. From there adjust the edges as desired. Semi tuck looks alright, though I prefer the tucked part to be a bit looser so it's more like "oh, this? this just happens" The Find shows what I mean.
