I added a chunky turquoise statement necklace and folded the elastic waistband of the skirt over to hike it up about 1.5 inches. I may get it hemmed once my brain is back in gear. It's really a nice color and reminds me of the fab patterned dress that I think both Kari and Rae have. Today and tomorrow are busy at work, though. Here's a new jersey pencil skirt from Target, on clearance for $16, worn with an old top and the quilted booties. Not sure if these proportions work. I fear this is one of the last appearances by the booties, as the heel is starting to come off again.
