I found that by layering two pairs of tights (one wool, one thick cotton), I was just as warm if not warmer than if I had worn pants. He then leaned over and asked, "Just how many layers are you wearing??"&nbsp;<br />The answer: a lot. Tights, leggings, knee&nbsp;socks, turtleneck, sweater, coat, skirt, boots, gloves. It worked, though. I was warm.</p>
