I love these colour weeks you do, Donna. And I like how you moved to more and more Irish green

I love all of these, but especially #10. I am such a 70s girl at heart.

The furoshiki is great--just the kind of pattern I'd like to find more often in scarves. The sailor pants are so cute on you!

I bought it in the scarf section but I've never used it. It's an interesting piece.

Yes, JAileen, that looks like a furoshiki. I didn't know the translation, but just looked on Google which has the answer to everything. They call it a *wrapping cloth*, and they tend to be fairly thick and are only printed on one side so they don't work terribly well as scarves. I inherited quite a few from my mom; I think she wanted to frame them but never got around to doing so. I use inexpensive cotton ones to transport potluck casserole dishes. When you tie the four corners together it gives you a handle for carrying and any dampness won't impair strength the way a paper bag will. The dye in non-cotton ones can run so I'm reluctant to use them that way. (Ask me how I know.)

I love your scarves and the way you are wearing them! The furoshiki is beautiful. I want one.

I love #6, and all of your outfits. They're all great, and yet so varied.

I didn't know what a furoshiki was, but I think I might have one, that I thrifted. It's square and the fabric is kind of thick. Do you think that's what this is?

It started with the nails; I try to coordinate my outfit with my nail color. #6 is actually a Japanese furoshiki and what I was wearing in #5.

As with Valentines week, I am suffering from wearing too much color too many days in a row; every now and again is okay. I like challenging myself, however, because it forces me to wear items I might not think to wear otherwise.

Happy St. Patrick's Day every one!
