The ruching helps. I hemmed and hawed, and then decided to get it. The cobalt one has been such a summer workhorse, and the price is right. I figured that if I got it home and couldn't make three outfits right off the bat with it, I'd take it back.</p> <p>It turns out that this skirt has given a new lease on life to a couple of old tops that I hadn't worn much this summer.
