Super fun and cute outfit! Not sure how I feel about the flowers on the boots -- but that's just me and my personal taste. Wanted to jazz up the black jersey mod style dress and think I suceeded!! I know the tights are a bit much with the scarf but I liked the toning colours. Btw I love these boots (they even have black glittery heels).
