My BR pencil skirt is 19". &nbsp;My Club Monaco wrap skirt is 17.5" and that is as short as I'd go at work. &nbsp;16.5"? &nbsp; Hmm... sigh, guess not. &nbsp;Then I noticed that it&nbsp;sits at the hips rather than the waist. &nbsp;Worth a shot!</p> <p>I was pleased when the skirt arrived and I tried it on. &nbsp;It very nearly grazes my kneecaps and provides plenty of coverage when seated. &nbsp;The wool fabric and lining are nice, itch-free, and I love the zipper detail. &nbsp;This might be a little more casual than usual for me, but I'm happy with it. &nbsp;I think my done hair and pointy pumps help keep things polished and officey. &nbsp;The striped tee is new from BR, bought on my day off yesterday. &nbsp;It is not my blue and white striped tee, though I found that at BR yesterday, too!</p> <p>I am almost 100% happy with this outfit ...
