I'm 5'6 and interestingly I'm too tall for some brands (e.g. I'm between regular and tall in Boden). To me the porpotion works with the jacket. I don't think you need shirt peeking out from a jacket all the time. </p> <p>Fit 2 the color play is vibrant. Part of it is being terribly busy at work preparing for trade show. Part of it is - the summer many of us have been longing for has arrived (in full force actually; skipping spring entirely).. and I feel uninspired to say the least. I *think* main reason being lack of season-appropriate footwear I would feel fabulous in. I mostly wear booties (either chunky heel or wedge) during fall/winter, while all my summer options are either flats, or heels that are nowhere as comfortable. Expanding shoes wardrobe is not in the budget, so it's really more of a vent.</p> <p>Anyhow.. Here are two outfits I wore this week and last week. The first features green cropped Anthro blazer I was not sure about (and posted about it). Do proportions work? Neutral top would probably be better, but I don't have many in the rotation. Pants are frumpy - really time to let them go.<br />#2 is pretty much a repeat of my casual outfit a couple of weeks ago, but with my new (finally hemmed) flares, and another blue top. </p>
