Both pair have different vibes because of the different fit and I like that. But you have to be comfortable with mega crotch drop when it's two sizes up. BTW I love these jeans so much that I took a wee bit of my Christmas money from my Mom and ordered a 3rd pair - in my actual size that I'm hoping will become too big and slouchy over time :)</p> <p>Zap - you have these booties? Again, without the belt there is the possibility of a wardrobe malfunction. And because I had intercepted Wonder Woman regarding the tapering of the ankle, the hemming on these is just right :)</p> <p>I've paired the jeans with my chunky cream fisherman knit sweater and have semi tucked the sweater so a wee bit of the animal print belt can show. On my feet are the SE python booties for a bit of pattern mixing with the belt and because they have cream in them, they bookend the sweater.</p> <p>For my handbag I went with my Fossil re-issue vintage two tone bag - it picks up the cognac tones in the belt.</p> <p>Jewelry is just my wedding ring and gold oversized watch.</p> <p>What do you think? Proportions work ok? I must say these are now my FAVOURITE jeans - love the cut, colour, fit, everything.
