In my case due to swayback, it's ALWAYS an issue. I have a belt made of flat metal discs which lies VERY flatly against my pants that I use for those days (basically any day you see me in my flared jeans and no tuck? that belt is holding the pants up). I couldn't find a good photo of my belt since I don't really wear it on its own, but you can see it peeking out from under my vest in this old art challenge outfit here in #1; and a good close up on the right side. I like to let the chain dangle down, too Also an example of the belt in action in photo #2; you can see it doesn't show at all under that body-con sweater dress!
