They are my salvation for almost anything that hurts in my body. The book Pain Free by Peter Egoscue has detailed sections on pain for almost any place in the body. They focus on proper alignment and on getting movement going through the body properly. I haven't yet seen a condition that it wouldn't be helpful for. I saved it till after Christmas (even though I bought it during the black Friday sale), since I decided it was going to be the gift from my parents, using the money they sent me.
