I briefly considered sizing up, but I'm glad I didn't because they give just a wee bit with wear. They have a nice amount of stretch but still give a slight slouchy appearance. </p> <p>For anyone with really slender calves, the hems may not stay scrunched on you, if you think you may want to wear them pushed up a little to clam digger length (a length I like). The elasticized ruching is not tight and may slip down.
