for today, how about tucking in the top to modernize the rise?

i like the jean bagginess overall, maybe cuff higher or crop.

The jeans are definitely too big I was going to suggest cutting them off into casual around-the-house shorts but it looks like they might just fall down and be annoying, plus white is not very practical for chores etc.

Oh, Anne, we all have these days! But if you pass on the jeans, at least they won't contribute anymore. I agree with the others above that the top could work in another situation.

Thanks Cardiff girl and Jessica's, yes I agree with you. The colours are good.
Chris, yes I think the jeans are going to have to go. I tried to tighten them in the dryer but it did not work. Thanks for the reassurance.

Oh, such a bummer when that happens. But the light, glimmery palette is very nice.

Hey, it happens. I agree with your comments on the pants but the top could be fine with jeans in a very casual outfits. I suspect most of us have had bad outfit days, I know I did occasionally before I retired, we are only human after all! Your co- workers will probably care a lot less than you do. Try not to stress out too much !

Dressed in a hurry this morning for casual Friday. Really don't like this. I have almost no time to spare when I get home before I need to go out again, but hoping I can change.

Criticism welcome, and I will kick it off! Jeans too baggy and low rise, top slips off shoulder. Long top seems dated. Not long enough though, to avoid bare skin revealing when lifting arms.
