I mean, it's Summer - let there been sun and warmth.&nbsp;</p> <p><b>June 30</b><br />Last day of June and I wore booties! The forecast was a mixed bag of temperatures, rain, some sunshine. The outfit started with the waistcoat and had it not been for the short sleeved tee shirt and white bag, this could easily be one of my Autumn or Spring outfits. I was late for bus and booties were quicker to put on than lace-up oxfords, but they were not out of place - they came in handy when in rained. I also wore scarf and jacket, not shown here.</p> <p><b>July 1st</b><br />The forecast promised us sunny day, so to celebrate the fact that the temperature was finally going to make some sense and reflect the date on the calendar, I had put on the first all white outfit this Summer.&nbsp;<br />Guess what, it rained just as I was walking up to the office! I felt odd in summery outfit under the grey sky. Luckily it got better later.<br />The sweater is new as are the shoes, which replaced my old ones in similar style which literally fell apart at the end of the last summer.</p> <p><b>Bonus</b><br />A patch of wild flowers outside our local council building where I wait for the bus. I love that amidst perfectly maintained building surroundings they just let all these gorgeous flowers grow freely, they always cheer me up.&nbsp;</p> <p>Thank you for reading, your thoughts are much appreciated.
