But do you have any bright cardigans you could try next time? Then we would see more blouse and still get the contrast effect. Just about any colour would go with the navy. I wasn't sure if it would work because it's a blouson top with elasticized hem and sleeves. But by tucking it in I think I was able to make everything lay OK. </p> <p>Pics 3-6: Today's "almost-black" outfit. I wore the sweater Angie's been recommending from BR (detail pic included in case you haven't been able to get a sense of the pretty lace on the website). To break up all the black I added purple slippers and a sparkly bracelet. My legs look stumpy to me without heels, but some days you've just gotta do flats. </p>
