Those silver pumps are the same ones that Angie has/had, but I don't ever think they will be comfortable at my bunions. The cognac heels are or at least were pretty comfortable awhile ago but they are pretty beat up so are another pair that really should go. Stompy boots, Rachylou? Maybe I should try my snake ones!</p> <p>Kathie, I think I will bow to convention for at least two of the three weddings since the weddings aren't about me after all. My taste and preferences run to heavy denim dresses and jumpers (pinafores?) as in I have multiples but in different styles, so I doubt I will ever find a wedding guest dress I REALLY like, LOL. I think for me it is about satisficing. . .and the dress was half off to $49 and is heavy and lined. And has 3/4 sleeves. I love my new boiler suit despite my complaints that jumpsuits are a PITA. I think the loo issue is mitigated a bit by the zipper (vs buttons) and roomy armholes. It would have been better with an elastic waist instead of a belt. </p> <p>Anyway, this is much more my style than the wedding guest dress I bought on Black Friday for the three weddings I will be attending next year. A boring bow to convention but in a color I think I can wear year ‘round and day or evening. What do you think? Okay, or keep looking? </p>
