The shoes are Summit Mariela. The find below is from Nordstrom but I got them on shoes.com for $49 - SCORE! My husband thinks they are hopelessly "old lady"  <insert eye roll>  Took my standard Euro size, they are a bit wide, which is good for me. Sal, y'know I automatically rule out wearing a necklace with a henley top, but you are right that a long one would work well.  Will have to check my stash for something that might do.  Thanks for the suggestion! I like the green top with the white jeans too - a couple of ideas if you are interested is a long necklace with these sandals would look great, or swapping in some low heeled sandals?  I wonder if they might make you feel more comfortable in it. My theory is that if you are long or short in the leg or torso, then the rule of thirds is more important. Ha, Suz!  Of course, I don't take pictures on the days when I just throw a t-shirt over what I wore to morning Pilates class! delurked, #4 is a combo I wouldn't have worn without the influence of YLF.  Before, I would have said - oh, it's cold today and pulled out dark winter pants to go with the sweater.  But now that my eyes have been opened, I do like this combo much better for a cool April day. I was moved to look again at the first outfit (pics 1 & 2)after Sterling's post about proportion and Golden Mean and all that jazz. I guess this top is kind of long, but IRL it flows nicely on the body and I have to say I liked it fine. I wasn't too crazy about the short green top with the white jeans, but I expected that before I tried it. Since I only wore it at home and out for a weeknight dinner, I didn't think it was worth changing over, but won't wear this combo again. In previous years I have worn the top with black knee length shorts and these same sandals. Once it warms up some more, I'll see how I feel about that combo. Pic 4 was a wackily cool day and I had to scramble to find a warm sweater.
