Pragmatic question for anyone still reading. I’d love to try some of the Madewell tops, but am somewhat deterred by the sizing. The ancient sweater I have from their debut season is a size large and I cannot layer more than a tank top underneath. The chart says that I’d be a medium. In practice I’m taking small, petite medium, or XS pretty much everywhere now. We rescue donkeys and dogs and also bring groups of children, especially from refugee camps, to play at the site. Additionally we host a annual olive oil festival. When I’m not associating with donkeys and dogs, I have been wearing skirts. Red one is up on the old walls of Jerusalem, yellow one is Roman ruins in Jerash, Jordan. Now that I come to realize it, I’m wearing all Madewell in both cases. plus impractical-for-climbing on old stone things Clergerie slides and sandals. </p> <p>Oh, found another one with a James Perse asymmetrical jersey skirt and another Madewell top, at the citadel in Amman. </p> <p>Sorry, my finds are loading really slowly down on the farm today, but will try to add later. </p>
