Both the cut and color are amazing. I really like the darker color, it really brings out your Snow White coloring. I do think hair color affects your color season - it certainly did for me. One reason I switched from a warm red to a cooler burgundy/violet dye was because I prefer a deep winter palette to a deep autumn one.
