The ease all the way through is what makes them modern to my eye. They are mid rise, can be cuffed, and can be worn equally well with dress tops and T shirts (see all of Carla’s looks!) </p> <p>They are MAGIC pants. Perfectly proportioned, and they somehow work with everything - Tucked or untucked tops, sneakers or heels. They are just so easy. </p> <p>They are stretchy but substantial (not see through or flimsy at all) - perfect for spring and early summer or fall. (Like Carla said, I wish they made a Heavier winter weight version!)</p> <p>Janet - they fit true to size in my experience. I am 5’4”, ~125 lbs, and I take a 6 and it is perfect. </p> <p>If buying online - look at the reviews.
