So, I pulled them out - and low and behold, I liked them! </p> <p>I tried them with a gray tee and white jersey "cardigan" and white oxfords (pics 1 &amp; 2) - then changed up the "cardigan" for a white blazer - pics 3 (sorry about the blurriness) and 4.) I like the blazer with it better and so that is what I ended up wearing.</p> <p>Plaid trousers - Express<br /> Gray tee-shirt - James Persee<br /> White jersey "cardigan" - some obsolete brand from a boutique here in town<br /> White oxfords - Blake &amp; Scott - from "Off Broadway"</p> <p>These trousers are ankle-length. What are the shoe limitations for ankle length pants? Also, I remember when I bought the trousers I thought they were super skinny - but now - the legs seem kind of wide! Do you think that the cut of the trousers is outdated or not? If so, what should I do about it? Thank you everyone! </p>
