Thanks Lyn, I will relook at Denise's photos:) They are very slightly distressed. It's very subtle that it might not show in pics but it is there. I will keep this in mind tomorrow whenI try on again..thanks

Hi Deborah :)
The non-tucking question made me think of Coco-Lion's recent post with untucked tops over her 'Mom-Jeans'- when the tops are the right length at the front it looks good.
Are they very distressed or RATE? The uneven wash can have a softening effect, especially when paired with tops with pale to white/cream tone-ings.

Sounds cool Deb. I think it could work with untucked top and structured topper for your style. Like the harem pants? Can't wait to see the pics!

Hi Fabbers, I have now seen both Rae and Cocolion in their pajama jeans! And I love them. So today I came a cross a pair with similar design features in one of our local stores. They weren't called pajama jeans but hey:)

The were essentially a straight leg with subtle tapering that came into an elasticized cuff that would be worn as is or rolled. The denim was nice and soft and fluid. They jeans are a mid wash (not too dark not too light) and certainly not as cool looking as the screen printed rag and bone ones... but...

Would what I have described be what we are calling pajama jeans?

And secondly while I have no photo to show you, do you think they might be something I could carry off? I don't like boyfriend jeans for me, but these spoke to me and said they could be my version of boyfriend jeans.

The fit across the tummy was firm but the leg line was slouchy. Sizing up provided more slouch in the tummy area but made the leg line too big and sloppy.

Thirdly is it ok to not tuck this style of jeans. I would layer tops over the jeans.

Love to know your thoughts. I am considering popping back tomorrow to try them again.
