LAYERING is key in transitional weather.

So true Jussie, the key is to have a few outerwear options. Sometimes it feels like too much to figure out the whole outfit, the shoes, the jewelry, then the outerwear too! For this painting class at least the base layers are set, no need to decide.

Yeah I agree you look great, very funky still. Yes, transitional weather is really tricky at times. Here its up and down like a yoyo. I have quite a variety of different toppers... that seems to help. Different shapes/weights to cover many possibilities....
Enjoy your class

This month I’m taking a painting class twice a week, and wearing the same sloppy (paint-friendly) outfit each time: old black Vince slip-on sneakers, black distressed jeans, burgundy distressed flannel. Trying to mix it up a bit with the outerwear to/from class.

How are you managing transitional season outerwear? It’s definitely a head-scratcher each morning, as the temps are so variable.
