I'm especially thrilled about the hat working out because I have a large head and a lot of women's hats are too tight on me, but not this one. I picked out the flats to hopefully match or coordinate with the hat, and they're darker in person than they looked online but they definitely work. The dress was another great recommendation that I'm loving because t-shirt dresses are my absolute jam, being a fan of short sleeves--and this one has POCKETS. I decided I wanted to explore orange this year because it's been a wildcard color for me ever since I got a bright orange pashmina scarf several years ago; I thought it was about time to try adding more bright orange since the scarf makes me feel happy when I wear it. The dress was a VERY good decision. </p> <p>Also pictured: a denim vest from Torrid I've had for 2-3 years and a blue face mask that a friend made for me.</p> <p>Also, quick life update: I got a JOB, which is a big to-do for a recent graduate during a pandemic. I'm working as a contact tracer for the Department of Public Health in Georgia. I call people who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and interview them to get data about their symptoms that later goes to the CDC, and I identify other people who may have been exposed to the virus. It's $15/hour (great for my state because we have the federal minimum wage), 40 hours per week, and 100% remote. I got so incredibly lucky. And my fiancée got a job, as well--she's about to start working as a therapist. I'm really proud of her, too. Hopefully I'll be sharing some more WFH outfits in the near future but I've been exhausted adjusting to the new schedule. I'm in the middle of working 7 days in a row, but then I'll have a normal 5 day per week schedule.</p> <p>I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy and reasonably happy!
