But our large theatre has been closed for ten years - and whilst there are smaller community ones as well as the large arena, there has been a big hole for the performing arts.  At the moment (globally as well as locally) there are lots of very valid complaints about the cost of living, and should we spend rates on these types of things. Even though with blonde hair and blonder sometimes you can were pale neutrals and creams. But I thought some of the paler outfits looked a bit washed out.
