I know that a topper on a summer dress is Angie's rule but I find it makes them more versatile and hides wayward bra straps (and allows me to wear spaghetti straps when I otherwise would not be able to). </p> <p>More oomph? I think you could change the fabric belt out for a skinny red belt with sleek red shoes. Or you could do the same with a shade of cobalt.
