I like all of the above franckly. The dress is very fun and I like that you chose to wear it with silver sneakers. It adds a personal touch and helps making the dress less popping, in a strange sense, which makes it more approachable. It inspired me a lot! </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-november-looks#post-1861922 Mon, 20 Nov 2017 00:57:29 +0000 Sal 1861922@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>Hi</p> <p>Here is a bit of a round up of some recent looks this month.&nbsp; They are mostly casual this time around.</p> <p>1)&nbsp; Very casual - watching tennis in the sunshine.&nbsp; A new top (Just Jeans - on sale) which will be great for summer sport.&nbsp; I have not worn this blue for a long time.&nbsp; Also new sandals (bought on clearance in Sydney).</p> <p>2)&nbsp; Worn on a "Fine Homes Tour"&nbsp; A kimono from four years ago worn with a basic new black tee (Kowtow), jeans (Nobody) and new slides (Rollies).&nbsp; This is a day out where you look at fantastic houses and gardens for the day and raise money for charity.</p> <p>3)&nbsp; Seen before - in response to a blog last week.&nbsp; My 1970s look.</p> <p>4) Worn on Saturday to yet more tennis - it was inspired by the Olive, black and cream ensemble ( a wild crazy hairdo here sorry and a poor quality photo)</p> <p>5) Worn Sunday to a neighbourhood night in the park (sports, fish and chips for dinner etc)&nbsp; A new shirt which I purchased to do double duty as a beach cover up and to protect my shoulders and arms on hot sunny days.&nbsp; Jon loved this look - it is my first collared shirt in several years.&nbsp; A very casual piece.</p> <p>6)&nbsp; A summer look for working from home.&nbsp; I struggle with this chevron tunic but I can't quite get rid of it?&nbsp; Footwear is the problem - do these work?</p> <p>7)&nbsp; A new dark teal dress worn to a meal out with friends.&nbsp; This dress can be worn multiple ways - tied at the front, or back.&nbsp; I wore it with a vintage necklace and my black bolero as it was a windy night.&nbsp; It is a lovely dress with lots of movement.</p> <p>And some roses from my garden and my Mum's garden because it is a lovely month here for flowers.</p> <p>There are several new pieces here.</p> <p>- Kilt dress<br /> - Kowtow tee<br /> - Rollies slides<br /> - Two Just jeans shirts</p> <p>I have almost completed my summer shopping now except for new sunglasses and possibly a denim or similar jacket....&nbsp; The slides are brilliant and so comfortable (recommend to Kiwi or Australian fabbers).&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The first three pieces are NZ/Australian labels - the last is an Australian chain store.</p> <p>Thanks for looking.</p> <p>ETA:&nbsp; My iphone pics seem to be deteriorating - not quite sure why!!&nbsp; And I am not at all sure on reflection about looks 4 and 5....</p>
