Oh yes, those wool tapered but relaxed trouser is something I can't seem to find for myself, either. If I find some I'll be sure to let you know

Aida, I would love some specific suggestions! In winter they have to be warmer and not silky, which is part of the issue.

My favorite is #2 - looks more like your style. I love the tunic and boots. Those boots look too gorgeous to be Uggs! Uggs must be branching out from the furry boots.

That gray hat has the perfect mix of chunk and slouch! I think you need different trousers for those days that you need to be more "officey", something with tapered hems but a wide or straight top. Not slouchy for those days, just a relaxed but tapered trouser.

Love that tunic. I have a similar EF one and it is a workhorse. Those leggings seem perfect for what you need. I see why you like them.

The hat is an old slouchy knit beanie from American Eagle! Thanks, Aida - I don't love dressing conservatively but every now and then it's required...

#1 looks good for a conference. Without the scarf and with, say, a chunky neon necklace would that feel more like you? #2 looks super (now I want those pants, thanks very much). What hat is that? This outfit looks quite Una-esque.

Outfit 1: Last day of conference. BR zip sweater, old Target scarf, NYDJ ponte pants, Topshop booties. This didn't feel particularly me but was appropriately conservative for this particular day of events.

Outfit 2: For the early shift. Lysse coated ponte skinnies, EF tunic (with Cuddleduds underneath), Ugg booties.

It's cold! These are kind of boring work outfits but they were easy to put together. The coated ponte leggings are thick and look like leather but feel comfier and don't seem to get baggy knees.

All feedback welcome.
