That's a great sweater! I think it looks good here, but you can definitely play around in your closet and find some other ways to style it. I like the unexpected look on you K, and it *is* reminiscent of IK!

Well I really like this. Don't tell anyone but i may have one or two similar in my own closet. I don't mind it with the crops but it would definitely look stunning over skinnies with flats or even withskinnies tucked into boots. I love long, drapey lengths.

Nice! I'm so flattered!

I would probably make the sweater the diva, which means losing the cuffs on the crops and wearing a very simple shoe - but I love the way you've made this yours!

Hmmm great points. I usually wear this in the fall with skinnies and a pair of ankle boots with some architectural styling (very angular, very simple). I hadn't thought about how looooong the sweater looks with the cropped jeans. I don't think my eye even picked it up. That probably explains why it is so so-so!

I love the shape of the sweater; it looks edgy and interesting. I'd pair it with something sleeker--maybe skinnies and ballet flats? The sandals and cuffed jeans seem a bit too casual to my eye.

That's a lot of sweater. I would prefer to see it with a more structured shoe. That'd be a nice juxtaposition to the very loose nature of the sweater.

Ironkurtin's recent post about small designers (and her own style, which I love) got me thinking about how to incorporate some of those elements into my look. My core style is pretty different than hers, but I love the streamlined, geometric shapes she wears so well and the kinda tough handmade details she adds. So, I pulled out one of my favorite sweater from a local designer tried it with some of my weekend favorites.

ETA: I'm thinking that I'm the only who loves this (except for the very kind JR). Oh well, you don't have any fun if you don't try something new!
