This has been an incredible and somewhat mortifying experience.. But also so special. I did some babbling and crying in the interview and it took place outside due to sound checks inside at the venue. I am pretty sure that all of our deodorant failed. The singer we met gave me a necklace (outfit now complete!). I changed shoes before the concert (ankle strap wedges) and rolled the cuffs on my pants. The camera guy has filmed us during the concert (we are now at intermission) and sometimes when the lights dimmed, the camera light was on us. I would really like to crawl under the pew now!! I couldn't get great pics of the outfit, but I am posting the best I could get... It doesn't translate as well in these photos as it hopefully does in person and in motion...</p> <p>The big news is that the piece is supposed to air tomorrow night on Nightline Primetime at 9 pm EST. It should be available online afterwards (maybe the next day (?) So... Yikes!!! Our part may not be very long, but it is a 20 minute piece all told. </p> <p>Thanks again for all of the support and help! (Windchime: I took your advice and wore the watch I bought when Ellie was in the hospital for month. Such a great suggestion!) </p>
