I didn't post much this summer because I was too hot to be inspired, but I have been reading regularly. I pretty much rotated through the same ten dresses or so on autopilot for the last three months. My wardrobe served me well - I was just bored by the end of it.</p> <p>I did get new specs (Pics 1-2) this summer, after my five year old green frames finally broke. I went a bit bigger than I ever have before, so I hope they look ok! </p> <p>And here are two recent outfits. The first (Pic 3) I wore to work, a work happy hour, and then to the theatre for a date night with DH. I was trying to strike a balance since I didn't have time to go home and change. This is the same olive green dress as the glasses pics - sorry for the bad lighting!<br /> Gap dress, Equipment cardigan, Clarks booties, Marc Jacobs bag</p> <p>The next (Pic 4) I was a casual weekend look for lunch and running errands. I picked up this handmade necklace at an arts fair a couple of weeks ago. It's made of a thin, leather-like material that drapes really well.
