I have wanted an orange door for quite a while - in addition to being a color I just love, I wanted a door that signaled a happy little nest. And it really does, to me anyway. Always makes me smile. And, it opens onto our living room, which is colorful but has dominant tones in the jade/deep turquoise family - so that's nice too.</p> <p>Thanks <b>Chris</b>. The coat does read very graphic and looks almost black and white, although the linen is a very pale honey tone. (It looks like it's been dyed in tea, natural and pale.) It's really striking and dramatic while also quite pretty.</p> <p><b>Lisap and Angie</b>, for me it's not just transitional -- I wear the peacoat with its bracelet sleeves <u>even in the dead of winter</u>. Maybe that's crazy! But I love bracelet sleeves, and my wrists are always covered with a sweater and/or long gloves.
