With fit and flare dresses, I much prefer a very cropped topper like a shrug or a cropped jacket...something that's not significantly lower than the waist of the dress. It's a fabulous dress, by the way.</p> <p>Outfit 2 has such pretty pieces in it. I'd like it better if you just took off the necklaces.
