It seems to me last fall we couldn't find them long enough to scrunch but this spring they are coming out with some longer ones. You can look online at nordstroms.com to womens jeggings and see that they are selling some that scrunch now. That's the only way I personaly would wear them with flats. If they are shorter I would tuck them in boots. I'm making up my own rules hear so certainly I am not saying what Angie's rules are and I haven't heard what they are yet.<br /> On the scrunch at the ankle of the boots, I think they all do that. They look good.
