Despite being seemingly sky-high, they are actually somewhat comfortable (for short periods of time!) and the only sort of heels I feel I can pull off with short shorts without looking like I'm trying too hard The top is Express and atleast a year old but still remains one of my favorites-it's the perfect neon yellow hue! Black shorts are definitely one of my summer staples; these are Hurley and a twill fabric, which makes them quite versatile despite being so short. </p> <p>Funny story about my headband: I've been wanting to try this look forever, so I decided to go for it last night. I actually made this one on the fly, and surprisingly I got compliments all night from my husband! I have a theory I was dancing around Woodstock in a past life, so if nothing else it made me happy! Lucky for me, my fabulous mother brought me a nice black leather double braided one today and I'm just thrilled with it! </p> <p>With my hands-down favorite Prada sunglasses as the finishing touch, we were off on another adventure! </p>
