Maybe you could try this lovely blazer with a straight leg fit instead? Usually a blousy top matches well with a fitted bottom in that it keeps the proportions true, so the same should apply here where the flare of the topper would offset a more fitted bottom. You look like you have a fairly high waist, and your jeans and top come lower than that, making your top and bottom look almost equal.
