Yet another amazing tube skirt outfit that I'll have to remember for staying inspiration. I agree that this is fantastic with the jacket. It's good without the jacket too, but to my eye the jacket creates a strong shoulder line that balances the skirt. I know cap sleeves don't get much love here but I really like them for situations where I need to strengthen my sloping shoulder line and it's too hot for a jacket. Have you tried tucking the blouse to lengthen the line? I think outfits looks more harmonious when they are divided into visual thirds rather than halves. Just my 2 cents. I'm trying to get better at figuring out why I don't like an outfit instead of just going with my gut feeling. &nbsp;My guess is that the jacket creates a vertical line which is why I like this outfit with the jacket but not without. &nbsp;Any other ideas? &nbsp;Thanks for looking! &nbsp;(Try to overlook the pony-tailed hair, I'm way overdue for a cut!!) </p>
